I spoke to Tony Lawry (LCK - Corporate Investor Relations) yesterday and he confirmed that his understanding was the same.
We are only waiting on the Minister (and his new Chief of Staff, who no doubt will want to get up to speed on LCK and other matters). They have a full in-tray; somewhere in the tray is the DPC assessment.
Don't know what the DPC document says, but Tony said that he's not aware of any reason it won't be approved.
