I vaguely remember an LCK presentation from a couple of years ago suggesting that large funds and institutions can only invest if the market cap is over $100m....
Also, this stock was trading at 9c a couple of weeks ago. The fact that its in the 20s atm is fine. It wont go up in a straight line. It has momentum, and its looking good on the charts.
