I've been thinking about this all night at work worried about the DD maybe not going through then it hit me. I know i'm a bit slow and many would have already worked this out which probably explains why the SP has taken off with most peoples concerns unaffected. I went back and re read some of the agreement and believe this is an excellent deal for both companies which probably goes a long way to explaining them not going for the deal with Khan.

Qianyun have nearly got 2 bags for their investment in Argosy so far which should motivate their lawyers to hurry up and get the paperwork signed off as their bean counters would be very pleased with how the numbers are stacking up for them right now. Too me this basically says that Quinyan scored 20% of Argosy for free and all they have to do is buy some lithium off us. The best part is we all clean up

This is a major win win for Quinyan, Argosy, Puna Mining SA and Airguide.

Now the only things left to fret about is can Pablo make the LCE and how much tax will I have to pay in 2021.
