I'm memory serves me correct, around March there was one occasion where AM sold 500,000 shares but prior to that he had acquired 10 odd million on market in a short period of time. He only sold the 500,000 shares to pay for the conversion of 5,000,000 options which injected cash into the company and incentivised AM as he had to aquire 10,000,000 shares on market prior to receiving the first lot of options. Now that's how you run a company. You see some small caps just handing over 'performance' options for little to no binding performance criteria being met. Instead, AGY lined it up so AM had to put his money where his mouth was in return for a healthy options package that he then paid for converting with the sale of a small portion of his on market purchased shares.
