People get impatient and I can understand why they would speculate in the absence of new information. AGY needs to keep the eye on the ball and produce good quality LCE in stages one, two and three. As a result, they should achieve decent positive cash flow. When this happens then it should be relatively easy for them secure additional resources at a reasonable cost to enable further expansion.
