People receiving some of the SPP will likely be turning them over instantly for a quick 5.5c or ~$2600 after tax profit which is what is keeping the price around 23.5 in my opinion. About 5 million have traded today so close to half of those issued so I suspect those sales should be starting to dry up (assuming some people are smart enough to get a much better return down the track). Once over, there's probably not a lot left to keep the price down. Just have to cop it sweet for the short term.
