Not being able to vouch for all of RJ's words, but I was listening to the investor presentation that was held a couple of weeks ago at Hunters and it was stated then that Pablo had shown Chinese through the FMC plant when he was there and had showed them the whole plant except the secret room.
RJ may have to expand on the rest as to whether his words are an assumption of that, but it is common knowledge to this point that China has spent a lot of effort and man power trying to crack the code on lithium brine.
