I’m a PDN shareholder and I would strongly suggest anyone holding this stock or thinking of purchasing it look into the management team, especially the Non-executive Chairman Alexander Molyneux, who is the CEO of Paladin Energy, which is in voluntary administration with a proposal for shareholders to be stripped of 98% of their holdings.
Alex Molyneux was plugging Paladin Energy, tying its soon to be resurgence to the rise of the uranium price, and singing its praises right up to the point of the VA and trading halt. He was interviewed multiple times throughout the year but only projected optimism.
PDN released a series of vague company announcements, which left out crucial strategic information in regards to the impact restructing plans would have on shareholders, misinforming shareholders of the true state of the company until it was too late, which was after the VA and trading halt.
Beware at all costs anyone associate with this CEO and do your research into PDN and the CEO’s previous failed ventures.
