Any investor that maintains their holdings when the company they are invested in publicly states IF its restructure proposal doesn't eventuate / not approved by stakeholders that it will result in dire/grave consequences for the solvency of said Co, only has themselves to blame.

Regardless, JZ is the one steering this ship. Alex's role as chairman is to open doors in Asia and bring potential partners to the negotiation table. He has little to do with the day to day operations and any major corporate decisions will ultimately rest with JZ.

AM isn't taking a salary and the jury is still out on whether he has brought any tangible value to AGY. Introductions are one thing, a deal with a major player is another.

I'll reserve my judgment on AM for now but blaming PDN's demise and your loss on him is completely ridiculous. Good luck with your future investments but do us a favour and consult a financial advisor who can explain what risk actually means when it comes to investing.
