Everybody who has the cash to invest for the long haul are probably already in. What we are seeing here is movement from the day traders and some background accumulators. Thing is, there is only so much day trader capital to go around and a big share market with lots of alternatives (stocks that are doing something TODAY). Just have to wait for the next good news announcement and then bingo. If I believe my divining rod, I'd say we will see something happening TODAY.
