This certainly reinforces the need for an alternate treatment for this disease, such as the potential one shot cure that BLT is trialling. Anyone care to take an estimate of how much $ a one shot cure would retail for…? The show is interviewing a subject (Charles Waterstreet) whom has Hep C and has undertaken other treatments such as the interferon in which he had a reaction to like so many others, then he was selected to partake in a clinical trial for the Gilead's Sovaldi 12 week program in which is portrayed to be a success.
IMO….perhaps Gilead’s will be/are very concerned of a successful BLT’s trail, as this will have a very significant impact on Gilead’s earnings, maybe Gilead’s will be interested in our Benny..?
