I am actually suggesting the new shareholders are gamblers. The point is, why would they part with cash,even at a discount? I am saying that they may have been sucked in by company BS, or there has been a hint that some negotiations are underway. The company may not even be the direct source of the hint and is simply happy to get more cash because it can. Who knows? What we do know is the have been some very strange things happening over the last few months.
