They have a right to charge non shareholders for this information so if non shareholders see it then maybe they have a loss and that may be actionable. Still if you are a shareholder you have a right to a copy but don't publish it here. Not legal advice of course.

Still no need to be the docile animal that Ben Graham describes. You bought a bundle of rights and you are entitled. Still your name, address and number or shares are on it so I would assume you would not want to be contacted or have that information published. I think if you treat others as you want them to treat you you should stay on the right side of the law.

They have finally given me a copy but it was a breach though cause it was too late and I will make sure the directors are aware of it. Once I analyse it I may share some high level stuff no worries.

I do wonder how Nant control the company with just 23%. I will have to look at the voting structure. Does anyone here know what I'm missing here?
