Still no need to be the docile animal that Ben Graham describes. You bought a bundle of rights and you are entitled. Still your name, address and number or shares are on it so I would assume you would not want to be contacted or have that information published. I think if you treat others as you want them to treat you you should stay on the right side of the law.

They have finally given me a copy but it was a breach though cause it was too late and I will make sure the directors are aware of it. Once I analyse it I may share some high level stuff no worries.

I do wonder how Nant control the company with just 23%. I will have to look at the voting structure. Does anyone here know what I'm missing here?

It's all about leverage Riskyrider... Benitec needed cash and Nant were there to provide it (on their terms and to their benefit).

I am of the opinion that Benitec was in that scenario solely and wholly due to years of in-effective management by in-experienced managers.
