"share price tells you" the management and the Board are incompetent and cannot run this company effectively to benefit shareholders. The management certainly knows how to reward themselves and spend lavishly on travel. It is remarkably how all the AGM resolution were engineered and passed.
Share price reflects the quality of the offer and equally the ability of the team to extract a fair value. Unfortunately the current team has clearly failed to deliver.
If the AGM votes failed to deliver the message maybe we need EGM to install a new team we all deserve to have.
