Now we have all heard of Moore's Law so, for fun, I thought that I would have a go at forming Benitec's Law based on very rough comparisons with our competitors and what has been happening in th RNAi field. Figures are ballpark but you will get the message.
April 2014: all options in play exercised (except BLTO), Total shares on market ~138M @ $2.10 or MC ~$290M. Fair value.
June 2014: Positive safety results announced, TT-034 significantly de-risked as are other pipeline programs; sp ~$4.20 MC ~$580M
Dec 2014: Efficacy results for cohort three meet expectations; sp ~$8.40 MC ~$1.16B
June 2015: Deal done with big pharma for TT-034, sp ~$16.80 MC $2.32B
Dec 2015: TT-034 tial completely successful. sp ~$35.60 MC $4.64B
June 2016: HC BLT thread closes down, all posters found in the Bahamas looking for new real estate.
