It's just a clever financial move,, because the AZZG are trading at between 90c and $1-00,,, so if they buy them back on market, instead of on maturity, the company saves 50% of the debit encumbrance..!!
No skin off the nose of AZZG holders, because they can only buy what people want to sell..!!
