A company with this kind of MC id expect to have a package of tenements drilling some holes and hoping to find a resource. Not actually have one! The WA government will come around when the pressure comes from the US and they realise how much money they will be missing out on. Particularly if the price of iron ore keeps falling. China in due course will bring its own resources online lessening demand.
