CHM is hoping to go all the way through and not say what the litigation funding arrangement is. That's one of the jokes about this whole situation because it becomes impossible to value the share even if there is a win of some value. What Gardie says etc is of no relevence because of that fact.
Considering there are convicted market riggers as large share holders in CHM the ASIC/ASX should be asking more questions in this situation. Still if they don't others will and it a messy messy web of information flow as you would expect.
