It is a shame and its also a shame that the Federal Court are not empowered to deal with the ligatious intentions of those who seek a quick buck at other peoples expense. In regard to Benny buying, if this is true and I dont know if it is , it cant be anymore than some lame attempt to ramp up the stock. It reminds me of a freshly caught fish thrashing around on the jetty trying to survive. Eventually it accepts the inevitable, just as CHM will.
