ask yourself this, why would some of the cheap oppy holders have exercised thier options recently? remember that these are people close to chm - the answer is because they need to sell in the pump and dump just before the trial. if you thought chm was going to win you would simply exercise them after the win when the sp had gone through the roof. an even steven punt on chm winning is one thing but it is like a lottery where the prize is hidden in a box - it could be a diamond ring or it could be a pack of gum! Even if chm win big (and it is a big 'if') you have no idea how much is taken by the litigation funder and all the others that have kept chm going all this time. so how much will be left and how many ways does it have to be split (shares and options!)
