Is CHM really a business....I dont think so....Its just been re floated purely to exist while Litigation is undertaken....They had hoped it would never go to court and MMX would simply roll over and cough up some cash..OPORTUNISTIC...However their big bluff seems to have been called...What else can Ben do now but bluster with a brave face...House of cards about to come tumbling down unless a last minute token settlement is maybe offered and accepted...and then Lo and behold..funder walks off with a profit...directors grab some loot and CHM goes back to its core business..Oh sorry..It doesnt have anymore claims in the cupboard so...CHM folds again..end of story.."Will the court view Benny as credible, honest business man and hero"..Maybe they will view him as a johnny come lately to CHM purely to front up a potential smash and grab attempt at larger succesfull company...Not very heroic me thinks!!!
