Legal and technical DD has been completed, therefore up and coming catalysts for SP value add is the completion of the establishment of a JV company with Crown.
Negotiations are ongoing regarding extensions to ZEA licences around the Crown site, however once the Crown JV company is established then they have two pegs to drill target immediately.
Establish company first, then announce drill program.
Whether they drop one or two holes in each peg, it will not cost as much as what AVZ have just spent with multiple drill rigs.
However, IMO cash will need to be raised by years end to further advance the project.
I doubt we’ll have assay results this year....visuals and depth if we are super lucky.
