    The trouble for Cougar and a lesser extent Linc and Carbon, the QLD Government would be more concerned about the votes of the hundreds of thousands of Queenslanders concerned about the environment.
    Compared this to the concerns of a few thousand disgruntled UCG company share holders and you soon realise it's all about the maths.
