I defer to the better informed and market savvy, but it seems to me that BEPPA are gold now.
The company will be saved, meaning that they're worth $1 in 2012. They can't be diluted. The company may also have to shortly pay out the accumulated interest (4.3 cents?) to avoid a BEPPA vote getting in their way. That's a nice dividend, especially if you didn't pay much more than that for them in the first place.
I hold equal BEPPA/BBI.
