Texas Pacific Group, or whoever the proposed Cornerstone is *MAY* make it contingent on buying >50% of BEPPA for, say, 25c... As in , they won't buy DBCT / pour capital in, unless they get at least 390M BEPPA for 25c from the market....
UNLIKELY, but one way that BEPPA is not gold...
(You may think that ^ is unlikely... but buying $390M of BEPPA for $200M seems like a nice way to get a good little gain)
