    BEPPA get about 40c in the dollar. 6.1c in cash (amounts to the distributions that have been deferred) and the remainder in PIG scrip (so ultimate value will depend on the share price performance).

    BBI ords get 4c cash per share and negligible amounts of scrip in PIG, but can participate in the SPP for up to $15,000 in PIG scrip.

    Good outcome for BEPPA only. However, requires the BEPPA holders to vote for it.
