    I am quietly confident.

    I hope that the CP where market related ie if the dow drops below x we renegotiate or similar. Hence the extension in march when world markets turned to shit.

    Looking at the markets now, we are doing a hell of a lot better than 3 months ago, so heres hoping that the sale proceeds hassle free.
