I believe BEPPA holders can roll over and play dead and accept what they get or they can vote "NO" and watch/wait for a better deal, SPARCS are going to get the full $1, why should we accept 43c.
BBI have the gun to their head, we don't. Let BBI vote their part through, let's give these Directors one more hoop to jump before this gets passed so why not hold out for more, at least when I bend over and cop it sweet I want to see the best offer not the only offer.
Let us see if they really have the BEPPA vote sewn up.
