I am not suggesting an interest that we can trade on market, but an interest that can be legally transferred off market

the analogies of ex dividend or going into liquidation are "like" what is happening here, but in this case the facts are specific for this particular deal - this is not liquidation or going ex div

all I am saying is that there should be a legal entitlement to transfer this 'at large' interest (possibly worthless/possibly valuable) to any party who wants to buy it, if their sums predict a real upside surplus on any future sale

it is not at all clear why i should be prevented from trading this interest off market in the meantime

the terms of the recap need to address this issue and simply provide clarity

i have left a detailed query with investor services who will be getting back to me
