Not sure you are right I'm afraid.
Before you blast me, have a look at wikipedia.
On a totally different tack, if the banks do over BNB, by forcing BNB to issue debt senior to BNBG , at a ruinous interest rate, say 17% for arguments sake, making the chances of any money ever coming out for anyone else even closer to zero than now, is there anything inherent to the Beppas, that would stop this being used as a template?
