Put simply, the 4c and 6c payments didnt come from nowhere. they are proceeds of the SPP.
Would BBI holders participate in SPP if even more of the proceeds went Beppas way?
Its nice to say that the 4c per BBI equates to 11c per Beppa, and if it were from asset sales or money in the bank i would agree.
However both payments are being funded by the cap raising. and Beppa has no claim to that 4c.
