    Another way to look at it, would be that BBI has BORROWED $1.00 from Beppa holders.

    And now, it cant pay it back.

    A purchase of $15,000 under the SPP receives $15,000 of stock, so dont make out that BBI are paying for/financing anything.

    Someone who doesnt take up the SPP still gets their $0.04 you know. Who is paying for that? BBI holders?
