    printingmoney247: I really like your proposal for BBI management to layout for the market three scenarios for restructuring in *advance* of the DBCT sale, including the scenario where DBCT is not sold. I agree completely that making this scenario convincing completely takes the wind out of any conspiracy to underbid the DBCT asset, and it also lessens the shock to the market if the outcome of the DBCT negotiation is "no sale".
