    I also think SPARCS holders will not be offered any deal or cash. They will probably all convert in November. So be it. In the big picture, it is not that significant and actually improves the BBI balance sheet.
    Would I buy SPARCS at 56c in the dollar? No way. There is more upside in BEPPA at 15c.
