Please note: i think the restructure WILL happen, the fact that it will change some key measures in stock analysis wont concern BBI management...they have few other choices.
It also wont affect beppa holders from accepting the deal...they can always sell beppa on market before accepting the offer, or sell the BBI shares that they get from the restructure.
i guess all im asking you, is from a BBI holders(not beppa) perspective is there reason for concern? do you agree it removes substantial long term upside potential? does it become a long term hold or sell for you?
Also, have you considered the likely hood of only 49% DBCT sale? what impact does that have on restructure? more or less likely? would they attempt a capital raising in those circumstances?
