    AFR article page 28 says the sale process is 'nearing a conclusion'. Says there are 2 main bidding groups, including Infrastructure Capital Group using GE, Arcapita and Partners Group for funding. The second group is a Japanese outfit, Marubeni and Osaka Gas, being advised by Macquarie.
