Duets debt before purchase $3298m Duets debt after purchase $5042m Plus equity raising of $230m I think the ML report from 9/3/11 is suggesting that the purchase can be done from Duets cash and debt available to cover all AETD debts (inc corp debt) and a further amount can be raised from Duet shareholders "equity issue of $270m" to fund the acquisition.
