DUET notes ATCO's announcement confirming it's exclusive negotiations with AETD Holdings re the purchase of certain Westnet assets.
DUET owns ineterests in the Westnet portfolio eg Dampier Bunbury pipeline, Multinet gas and WA gas networks, and has entered in to negotiations with ATCO to understand their objectives and priorities regarding the portfolio.
....looks like end game (hopefully) in place for a June sale.
