In March the WA regulator allowed an 11.7% increase (effective 1 July 2011) in WA Gas Networks' average annual real regulated revenue allowance compared to the 2005-09 regulatory period.
............But just came across an announcement from DUET saying WAGN have appealed the regulators decision on a number of grounds. From my experience this means WAGN want more - and generally regulated entities are successful in their appeals.
This should potentially bump up the sale value $$$'s :)
