Since the announcement DUET have issed a rights issue at 1 for each 5 at $1.52 to raise $277mill($ ex memory?)

DUET are all fired up over the deal - and why shouldn't they be.

They are also moving very quickly - a strategy I expect to make it almost impossibly hard to unravel the ATCO deal.

I must confess I took on some DUE in anticipation the deal would go thru and they would get the value that was "ripped away" from the BEPPAs.

Would still prefer BEPPAs were paid what they IMHO were duly owed.
