The main problem is potential SPARCS dilution which is huge and imminent- don't make the mistake of voting for the liberals and expecting them to get in, failure comes about every second election!

I think the sparcs dilution is about a 50/50 chance, Melua and his insto don't seem to think so, but perhaps they and other insto holders do and they are influencing the VWAP, because they wish to minimise the dilution!
