The details of the roadmap were outlined after the state recorded 787 new COVID-19 cases in the 24 hours to 8:00pm yesterday — the lowest daily number since August 24.

Twelve people with COVID-19 died in the reporting period.

A number of restrictions that the government had flagged would be lifted at 70 per cent fully vaccinated will now remain in place until the state reaches the 80 per cent mark.

These include allowing fully vaccinated people from Sydney to travel through regional NSW.

At 80 per cent, those who are fully vaccinated will be allowed to have 10 visitors in their home.

Drinking while standing up will be allowed in pubs with all premises operating the rule of one person per 4 square metres indoors and one person per 2 square metres outdoors.

However, people who are unvaccinated will remain under the current stay-at-home restrictions until December 1.

so the Liberal Premier of NSW, Ms Gladys Berejiklian, has announced her roadmap...... and Vic Prem Andrews has his doubts and wants to wait and see how NSW fairs before opening up more fully.

I gather Andrews is wrestling with the liberal dilemma... how to allow more people greater freedoms without risking more rapidly rising infection rates while not imposing divisive rules for the unvaccinated.

those that rail against Andrews should be just as angry at B. ..... will we see allegations of "draconian dictator Gladys"?

this absurd partisan politics is just so ridiculously twisted with bias that I doubt even @pints would be able to say a bad word against a Liberal (illiberal) Premier.
