@jambo12, sadly, most of those Victorians who have died from COVID-19 infections have been under the care care of Scott Morrison's $For-$Profit aged care system - one exposed as having made absolutely NO plans to respond to any COVID-19 outbreaks. IMorrison's aged care system was no less than a ticking time bomb waiting for a catalyst.
Indeed; Morrison's well-meaning but grossly underpaid and sick-leave free casualised aged care home staff have been major spreaders of infections throughout Melbourne as they felt driven to continue working even when sick and across multiple sites.
The appalling, tragic mess that Morrison's aged care homes were causing prompted Daniel Andrews to intervene - standing down their staff and deploying Victorian public hospital staff to rescue vulnerable aged care home residents. It has even led to Melbourne's Stage 4 lockdown.
