Bergen Asset Management

I heard the name "Bergen" mentioned by one of the analysts during the conference call.

Since I'm not too familiar with alternative funding methods that companies in the mining/biotech sector usually use, I admit that this is the first time I heard the term ATM funding.

After googling it more, I bumped into this:

Other google results also showed that a lot of Australian mining/biotech companies got funding from Bergen.

After reading the terms, I can't help but feeling that the terms are very favourable to Bergen.

If there are others who are more familiar with this than myself, please let me know and confirm if the "equity finance facility" that Silviu has in mind, is indeed one of these agreements.
