I assume Bergen is using Pershing, (Pershing it a hedge fund prime broker), Since 19 April when the appendix 3B was lodged, pershing has sold 21,000,000 shares at 0.3 cents. Note Bergen has 70 million shares issued to it, half at 0.2 cents, half at 0.4 cents. So with 50 million shares still overhanging from them there is absolutely no point paying above 0.2 cents unless you see that kind of volume trade...sigh...
Anyway we are well overdue results from VIC and others, if spectacular results Bergen won't stop PRW rallying (PRW own 13% of VIC).
