yep, that is Bergen sitting on the offer at 0.3 cents, they sold the 450,000 shares at 0.3 yesterday through Pershing. Only another 50 million to sell....sigh.
This funding arrangement with Bergen hedge fund has buried the vehicle for the forseeable future. "If" a major discovery it can rally, but without that there is absolutely no chance of a pump and dump (which you can at least relie on from time to time in other stocks whne they get cheap enough).
