You are absolutely correct. I am very familiar with this type of funding, and what you are saying is right. Lets get one thing straight: Bergen didn't invest so we could complete our test work, they invested with the sole purpose of making money. That's all well and good. But this floating conversion means the lower the SP, the more money they will make. They will continue to drive the SP down and convert even lower. The only thing that will break this is APG actually delivering solid results. Which Bergen would probably still sell into. It is a joke, and this capping business = market manipulation
