Don't know about your assumed exchange rates or conversion price, but if we accept your figures for those then, because Bergens $1.5M USD actually brought $1.78M USD worth of notes, the calculation is:

$1,500,000 USD == $1,780,000 USD = $2,322,865.25 AUD

$2,322,865.25 / .047 = 49,422,665 shares

(Add in the 4,649,156 commitment shares and its 54,071,821 shares)

But could all be academic as not sure on when the CN's can be converted. We were told that the CN's have a 24 month maturity and "Bergen has also agreed to certain, strict limitations on exiting its investment." Exactly what those conditions are and really how strict, we don't know.
