Similar but PRR issued Bergen monthly tranches which put continued pressure on the SP.
This is also $6.5m rather than $37+m.
Not saying it won't lower the SP. I agree with Twin that the quarterly will push the SP up, Bergen will then sell the $1.5m shares they have been given/acquired which will then push the SP down.
But unlike PRR, we have DiaSource integrated with good revenues, so I don't think Bergen can really push it too much lower. Maybe to 3-4c but I can't see it being lower than that with the revenue stream we have.
With Mix N Go integrated with DiaSource, it will lower their cost which should increase their margins. So EBITDA margin of 20% should increase I would think.
We should then hopefully be able to pay this out much sooner as I am not a fan of Bergen, Springtree etc.
